We are a small team investing in properties in the Tucson Market.  Specifically we focus on commercial properties located east of Craycroft and north of River Road

Why Tucson?

Arizona is a receiver state, and our economy is outpacing the national average.  While national GDP growth has been about 2.8%, Arizona is tracking around 3.1%.  Our population growth is more than double the national average ( 1.6% vs 0.7% nationally).  Future job growth in Arizona is expected to outpace the national average as well.  Tucson is the 2nd largest city in Arizona and has seen an increase in employment, a decrease in vacancy rates, an increase in rents (leading the nation), and an increase in property values (1,2).  All of these indicators, coupled with the fact that millenials are less likely to purchase homes, spells good news for the future of the Tucson Multi-Family marketplace!

What we look for in a property

We look for commercial properties with long-time owners, some deferred maintenance, and below market rents.  This gives us maximum flexibility with financing, with room to improve the property and add value.  This spells the best return for our investors, and the greatest opportunity to astonish our residents!
