Louis is a father, leader, author, entrepreneur, veteran, and philanthropist who strongly believes that by helping others, we ultimately help ourselves and get the biggest rewards.
Throughout his career, he has helped his peers and subordinates prepare budgets, get into college, build resumes, prepare for interviews, find creative solutions to problems, and celebrate their successes. Always willing to go the extra mile, Louis has helped soldiers prepare for some of the most demanding courses like Ranger School by providing key advice and training, both physical and mental. He wrote the book “CONUS Battle Drills” that detailed his experience in transitioning to civilian life to help others facing the same challenges and avoid the mistakes he made. The Facebook page has tens of thousands of followers, a few of which have gone so far as saying, “CONUS Battle Drills saved my life”.
Louis is unafraid to take on challenges, once scaling a 10,000 foot mountain with 9 other paratroopers to take on an enemy force of 40-60 Taliban in entrenched defensive positions; the enemy retreated. He holds his principles above all else, always ensuring every decision is made with the utmost integrity. Louis has never defaulted on any debt whatsoever, and invested in homes in North Carolina, Iowa, Maryland, and Arizona. If he says he is going to do something, he does it.
